Virtual Movement Assessments & Clinical Pilates

    • Gym form checks (squat, deadlift, lunges, machines, yoga)

    • Golf swing or sport-related movement pain

    • Posture, ergonomics, and desk-related stiffness

    • Back/hip/neck pain that shows up during certain movements

    • Building core control, breathing mechanics, and movement confidence

    • Guided Clinical Pilates sessions with progressive structure

If you’re dealing with aches, stiffness, or pain that shows up when you move—or you just want guidance you can trust—you don’t have to figure it out alone. Virtual care lets us look at how you move in real life, whether that’s your golf swing, squatting at the gym, lifting at work, or how you sit and work at your desk. From there, we’ll build a plan that makes sense for your body and goals.

If you’re looking for more ongoing support, Virtual Clinical Pilates is a great option for guided, progressive sessions that feel like your coached workout.

Services

Initial Virtual Assessment (required for all virtual care)

  • This is the starting point for both Virtual Movement Care and Virtual Clinical Pilates. We’ll assess how you move, discuss what’s contributing to your symptoms (or form issues), and build a clear plan.

    • Pain or tightness that shows up during exercise or daily movement

    • “I’m not sure if I’m doing this exercise correctly”

    • Returning to training after time off / flare-ups

    • Wanting a plan that feels specific to you

    • Intake review + goal setting

    • Virtual movement assessment (posture, mobility, movement patterns)

    • Real-time coaching + corrective strategies

    • Optional video review (if you submit one)

    • A brief summary email + personalized exercise plan (typically 2–5 key exercises + cues)

Virtual Clinical Pilates

  • Virtual Clinical Pilates is a one-on-one coached session focused on fundamentals like breathing mechanics, core control, posture, mobility, and strength—progressed week to week.

    • Building strong foundations (especially if you’re unsure what’s “safe” for your body)

    • Core + pelvic control, posture, mobility, and full-body strength

    • Guided, progressive movement sessions with clear weekly focus

    • Returning to exercise with confidence and structure

    • Quick check-in on how things felt since last visit

    • Guided movement session (Pilates-inspired strength + mobility)

    • Clear cues + “what to focus on this week”

    • Progressions each visit so you keep moving forward

  • Most clients choose weekly or biweekly sessions for 6–8 weeks (or longer). Think of this as your coached workout with progressive structure.

Virtual Movement Check-Ins (follow-ups)

  • Follow-ups are focused sessions to review progress, troubleshoot symptoms, refine your form, and progress your exercises—especially after your initial assessment.

    • Gym form check-ins as you increase load or volume (squat, deadlift, lunges)

    • Golf swing or other sport-specific movement troubleshooting

    • Posture and ergonomics strategy check-ins

    • Progressing rehab exercises safely

    • Refining cues so they actually stick

  • Most clients book 1–3 check-ins over 2–6 weeks, then space visits out as things improve.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Virtual Movement Assessments and follow-ups may be eligible under chiropractic benefits depending on your plan. Check your plan details to ensure Telehealth Chiropractic visits are covered.

Following each visit, you will be provided with a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • Not necessarily. We can work with bodyweight, a chair, a wall, and whatever you have available. If you have bands/weights, we can incorporate them.

  • If your presentation suggests you’d benefit from an in-person assessment or hands-on treatment, I’ll recommend that and help you decide on the best next step.

*If you have urgent or rapidly worsening symptoms, seek in-person medical care.
